burger and friesWhen you think of America and food, the hamburger reigns supreme. Born from America’s love of beef and the development of the modern highway system, a burger can be ordered quickly via drive-thru or at a sit-down restaurant. It’s hard to say what makes a perfect burger, or even the best burgers, as there are many different combinations and iterations. Rosenberg, TX offers a wide arrange of burgers in a variety of price points – take a look at some of our favorites.

The Burger Barn

Rosenberg’s Burger Barn opened in 2014, but the business has been in operation since 2009 to satiate local cravings for authentic burgers. They’re known for their homemade fresh, never frozen, 100% ground chuck burgers. If that isn’t enough to wet your whistle, the Barn also offers the Monster Burger Challenge – finish a five-pound burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles on a toasted bun in thirty minutes or less and make it to their Wall of Fame.

Ol’ Railroad Café

What started as a small-town soup and sandwich shop hidden in an antique emporium, the Ol’ Railroad Café has blossomed into a full-scale café in historic downtown Rosenberg. Known for its family-friendly atmosphere and home cooking fare, this restaurant features a wide selection of burgers at a great price. The 819 Burger is a crowd favorite and topped with avocado, bacon, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a jalapeno aioli.

Another Time Soda Fountain & Café

If you’re looking to take a step into the past, then the Another Time Café is the burger joint for you. The atmosphere takes you back to the classic American diner of the 1950s. While you enjoy a burger made from scratch on their flattop grill, you can watch the café’s Soda Jerks prepare traditional fountain drinks, ice cream floats, or dig into a classic dessert using vintage recipes from the era.

Bull Creek Café & Grill

Serving the Rosenberg area since 2012, the Bull Creek Café lives by the motto – “we’re all fresh, no bull!” All their burgers are made fresh and to order with certified Angus beef and grilled mesquite style. All burgers are served on a sourdough bun and come complete with a classic side. Bull Creek also offers a full bar and boasts a fantastic margarita selection (please drink responsibly and in moderation).

Jamie’s Dairy Treat

Located just outside of Rosenberg, Jamie’s Dairy Treat is a small unassuming kiosk with a quaint pinstripe overhang that specializes in sweet, frozen treats and burgers. Everything is made fresh to order and the burgers are hot, crispy, and the bun is toasted to perfection. Interested in a local secret? Call in with your order ahead of time to beat the rush.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide our customers with a five-star experience. After a delicious meal of mouth-watering burgers, come visit Legacy Ford of Texas right here in Rosenberg.
