Passenger and Cargo Space

Large groups or sports teams can take advantage of the Ford Transit Connect’s spacious cabin. Whereas the cargo vans are optimal for hauling a large amount of equipment such as sports gear, the passenger wagons are great for taking large groups on the road.

This Ford van can seat anywhere from two to seven passengers, depending on the model. Both of the cargo vans seat two, whereas the passenger wagons seat up to seven. In terms of cargo space, the cargo van also offers 127 cubic feet of cargo space. The passenger van gives you 105 cubic feet when you fold down the second and third rows.

Trim Levels

The 2020 Ford Transit Connect comes in a variety of configurations to help you find the ideal vehicle for your specific needs. It comes in three trim levels: XL, XLT, and Titanium. There’s the XL Cargo Van, XL Passenger Wagon, XLT Cargo Van, XLT Passenger Wagon, and the Titanium Passenger Wagon.

Interior Amenities and Features

Large groups can also take advantage of the Ford Transit Connect’s various entertainment features. The XLT Cargo Van adds on a touch screen infotainment system that doesn’t come with the XL Cargo Van base model. You get a nine-speaker premium audio system in the Titanium model for added entertainment.

Passengers can enjoy the dual-zone front-auto temperature control and rear-seat climate control found in the passenger wagon trim levels. This ensures all passengers feel comfortable in regards to the cabin’s temperature despite being seated around many passengers.
