Checking the Tire Pressure

While you're driving, one of the lights that might make you a bit cautious if it comes on is the tire pressure light. It offers more warnings than just low tire pressure. When it comes on, you should inspect the tires as soon as possible or take the vehicle to Legacy Ford so that a professional can check for any issues.

The most common reason as to why a tire pressure light would come on is if one or multiple tires have a decrease in pressure. This can happen when the temperature changes from one extreme to another. It could also mean that there is an issue with the balance of your tires.

Most of the time, seeing the light illuminated isn't a cause for concern. Bring the vehicle to our service center in Rosenberg, TX so that we can thoroughly examine the tires for any objects that might have punctured them or to see if there are issues with the sensor itself.
